Nike SB Beijing Dunk Mid Premium

The Triumvir x flystreetwear x Nike SB Beijing Dunk Mid that we previewed a couple months ago is finally making its way to retailers like Brooklyn Projects this coming weekend.
The Nike SB Beijing Dunk Mid is one of the best Dunks as of late. With a color combo of black, red, and grey, and inspiration from many of Beijing’s iconic features. Noodle-like laces and graphite, highway like coloring, along with the full white front representing the never out of style face mask that can be seen on many of the city’s residents. All this adds up to a shoe that represents the city of Beijing accurately.

In a bit of a nice pre-Christmas surprise for those of us living in the UK (and those of you further afield who can’t wait and are willing to pay Pound prices and international shipping), the January Nike SB releases have arrived already.
There’s the ‘Twin Peaks’ black Dunk High Premium, black forest/lemondrop P-Rod II and two colours of the all-new Veloce.

Nike SB Dunk Low Premium 2009

This upcoming Dunk SB gets a Marge Simpson like colorway similar to a previously released high version. These kicks get a unique crackled leather on the toebox area, and side panel. A mix of light colors include blue, green, and yellow, all sit a top a khaki colored sole. With the Marge and Homer Dunks that have dropped in the past we can only wonder what inspired these kicks.

Nike SB December Quickstrike “Big Gulp” Dunk out now

December’s lone quickstrike is
out now
. It’s a pretty clean (almost Christmas-y) Dunk High, colored by the SoCal SB rep Shea Johnson (who also used to be our Girl rep) and inspired by the largest convenience store soda of it’s time, the 7-11 Big Gulp. Looks like a nice, clean style to finish off 2008. Look for 2009 to be a great year for SB as well, with an emphasis on color again, the Nike SB Am video dropping (featuring OG VU team rider Justin Brock) in the spring, Stefan Janoski’s first pro model shoe dropping in summer, and the release of the P-Rod 3 in fall. Nike SB Zoom Tre AD "Marty McFly"

The Nike SB Marty McFly is almost identical to the Marty McFly Nike Hyperdunk the same exact colorway and cement print midsole. the snaker has a glow-in-the-dark Nike Swoosh logos on the side. This is very reminiscent to the glowing sole on the McFly Hyperdunks. The difference between the two sneakers is the shoelaces.
